My son has his license, he is just a nervous and not very experienced driver. He has been at the University in Charlotte the past year and half and just now has been able to take his car so he needs a refresher. Is there a class you recommend for him?

We offer a good 6 hour program which gives us 3-4 days of practice. We'll tell him each day what we think he needs to work on to be a safe driver, AND he gets to tell us what he wants to work on as well. We work together to build the best class for him. We'll cover defensive driving, show him safe driving habits to help take the fear out of driving and help him build confidence by driving in all traffic settings. do you have to purchase the packages???? can you just pay for each lesson instead of choosing a package?

You can just pay by the day if you like - no problem. In fact, a lot of people do when we just aren't sure if they'll need 1 or 2 lessons etc. But you don't have to purchase a package. Call me anytime to get started. 704-568-3050

I had a license years ago back in Illinois. I really don't drive here in Charlotte, but think I'd like to rent a car to drive at times. What are my options in terms of fees and what classes do I need to take, seeing I'm over 21 and have held a DL in another state?

First, you'll need a valid permit OR Drivers License. If you have that already, just give me a call and we'll be glad to come out to help you practice driving. I took drivers ed just about a year ago. I am getting ready to take my drivers test next month and I just need some practice and to work on what they're going to test me on. What should I sign up for?

We can start with a 2 hour lesson to give you a good review of safe driving practices (defensive driving) and also practice a road test. This lesson will tell you really quickly what your weak areas are and what to expect at the DMV. After the lesson we can both decide if you need another lesson or if you're ready to go for the test. Every driver is different, with different skills and different readiness. It's a lot easier to figure out what you need once we see you drive.
